Hello!

Hello!
I had an interesting weekend. It was kind of crazy. On Friday night, we lost power. We've lost power before, but we never noticed that it was out when we were asleep, so this time was a little different. This time, it went out at about 6:00 pm and came back on at about 5:00 in the morning. Since we had no power, we went to my Aunt's house and watched Shrek 2. It was fun watching it with my cousins. Saturday wasn't very hectic, but that night we went to my Aunt's house again, to have dinner at her dinner party thing. I was kind of paranoid about finishing a book called Revenge of the Whale that I had to have finished for school today. On Sunday, we had a relaxing morning, until I had to go to horse back riding. It was really fun because I got to canter a lot. Later that afternoon, my family went to my dad's girlfriend's house. In a way, it was my first time meeting her, so that was kind of cool. She was really nice. School today was just like any other normal school day. In science we are learning about the human body, so at the moment we are learning about the digestive system. We're doing a lot of project type experiments in class, which is kind of fun. In Social Studies, we're learning about all of the stuff that happened after World War II. I'm excited though, because my birthday is this Saturday!!! I'll be turning 12! That's about all that's happened recently. I hope everyone had a great weekend!!
